Lovely fruity hot habaneros! You've just got to love 'em! These little beauties will definitely add that special zing to your chilli con carne! You can rehydrate these chillies to use in your cooking, or 'toast' them by popping into the oven at 150°C for 3-4 minutes (shake them at least once so they do not burn) and then crush them up with a pestle and mortar or food blender to make a hot spice that you can sprinkle or shake over your favourite dish! 25g is about what you see in the pic 🙂
